Free to open. Free to read. A subscription to add and edit.

The record you build is yours to reach for at any time, subscription or not. What a subscription pays for is the work of putting things in and keeping them current, plus syncing across the household’s phones.

Always available

Reading is free

No charge, no time limit

Emergency view, including the screen torch

Reading everything you have already recorded

The full checklist and your coverage

Expiry reminders already scheduled

Exporting your record

If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden. The record stays readable.

Subscription

Adding and editing

Price and trial length to be confirmed before launch

Adding items, photos, places and quantities

Editing what is there as things change

New expiry reminders as you add dates

Sync, so a second phone in the household sees the same record

The beta is free while it runs. Beta households will be told what the price is before anything is charged.

One price, one household

A household is the unit that prepares, so a subscription covers the household rather than a seat per person.

Nothing held hostage

Paywalls that hide what you already wrote are not acceptable in an app you might open in the dark. Adding and editing need a subscription, and everything else keeps working.

No other revenue

No advertising, no affiliate links on checklist items, and no selling data. The subscription is the whole business model.

Billed by the store

Payment goes through the App Store or Google Play, so cancelling is done in your own account settings and we never see your card.

More questions about billing, offline use and what happens to your data are answered on the questions page.
